clinical care

Evidence-based

Evidence-based practice is fundamental to our Clinical Care services. We encourage the explicit use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of the individual patient. We integrate this research with our therapist's clinical expertise and individual patient values/preferences to provide quality care.
Individualized care plans and clinical pathways lead to positive outcomes.

Outcome-Focused

We expect results. Our goal is to provide the best care within the clinical setting and through the support we provide. We hire the best to be the best.  We stay up to date with Industry and Regulatory changes. We also utilize advanced technology and establish support systems to track our progress and hold our teams accountable. Our tracking system is focused on function through the modeling of Section GG of the MDS. We continually monitor and improve based on our findings.
At Trinity Rehab Services, we provide the best
by continually striving to be our best.
