To get started today:
The mission of Trinity Rehab Services is to achieve the highest level of independence for each patient through an outcome-focused and evidence based approach. The screening process helps us identify individuals in need of our services so they can achieve their highest level of function.
Providing quality clinical care is at the core of what we do at Trinity Rehab Services. We know this happens because of our Outcome Tracking system, which has a focus on function by modeling Section GG of the MDS and OASIS.
We have established our business such that what we do is driven by the people we serve. Our programs and actions are precise and useful. By listening and adapting to the needs of the people we serve, we more efficiently and effectively get the job done. Ultimately, this results in improved profitability.
We provide quality clinical care, management support, and improved outcomes. We do this by maintaining efficient and effective systems, monitoring these systems for ongoing adaptation and improvement, and developing the right clinical care programs for each resident and community.
At Trinity Rehab Services, we closely monitor the Medicare denials and appeals processes. With the help of our software system, we are able to track all ADRs as well as denied claims and Medicare Appeals.
Working together with customer billing staff, we are able to capture accurate information related to denied claims. With this accurate information we quickly initiate and monitor the Medicare Appeals process and thereby increase the success rate for payment.
In addition, our Medicare denial prevention and management processes are closely intertwined with our education and compliance processes so that continuity of care is maintained and reimbursement is timely.
Proactively, we stay up to date on the:
Latest and upcoming regulatory changes
Correct coding and billing initiatives
Compliance and documentation standards
At Trinity Rehab Services, staying abreast of industry and regulatory updates is important. Communicating these updates to employees and business partners allows us to adapt quickly in our practice and reimbursement processes.
We have various educational and training tools related to documentation, diagnosis coding, CPT coding, and reimbursement guidelines. The various tools allow for seamless communication and continuous quality care for the people we serve.
Our utilization of an electronic medical record system, which routinely monitors and proactively alerts us to any issues related to documentation, licensure, or unique practice act guidelines. This allows our clinicians the ability for immediate resolution.
At Trinity Rehab Services, we believe our proactive denials and prevention processes depends on maintaining a close relationship with and response to industry and regulatory updates. We also believe our fiscal responsibility to our partners, employees, and residents means we need to be aware of these current and upcoming regulatory changes.
Working together with our partners, we do our best to create efficient and effective systems so we can provide our best.
